General Dentistry

Stonebridge Dental provides many general dentistry procedures from Complete Oral Exams and Professional Cleanings to Breath taking Extensive Cosmetic Procedures. Optimal dental health does not happen over night. We will establish a plan that best fits your personal dental concerns, and start you on the path to optimal oral health.

Individualized Care

Your personalized program begins with an initial exam by the hygienist which includes; your general health, dental history, and review of all medications. We ask that you always provide us with the most current health/medication information at each visit. You will be given a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums and any necessary x-rays may be taken. If your needs are not extensive, Dr. Prosser will discuss your proposed treatment plan and an appointment will be arranged. If your concerns are extensive, a separate consultation visit will be scheduled. Questions are always welcomed at any time.

Infection Control

Infection control is of most importance in our practice. Our team is committed to providing maximum protection for ourselves and patients. The uses of universal precautions are steps that are taken to ensure safety. The treatment rooms are thoroughly wiped and disinfected between each patient. The instruments are placed through a system of ultrasonic scrubbing and then sterilized with an autoclave (pressured steam-oven). We have created an environment that is safe for both the team and patients.

Office Policy

Stonebridge Dental is committed to providing you with the highest quality of dental care. Your treatment time is scheduled in advance, and reserved especially for you. We make every effort possible to see you on time, and make your appointments as comfortable as possible. In return, we require that you honor your appointment time and inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your appointment. In the event that you fail to keep an appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge your account a fee consistent with the length of appointment. Excessive failures and cancellations can result in your dismissal from our practice.

Cost & Payment

After your examination and consultation, we will review your treatment plan and fees with you. Our practice will provide you with a financial agreement and payment options. We always want you to be informed of your health investment. Please note that payment will be due at the time of service, if we are participants in your insurance.
