Children’s Dental Health Month & Heart Healthy Month: We host kid’s day within the office, as well as educational visits to preschools and community centers.

Nutrition Month: Replace the cookies with a nutritional snack; have more information regarding nutrition available to patients.

Cancer Control Month (focused directly on Oral Cancer)

Smile Month: Focus on educating patients regarding cosmetic procedures to improve their smiles

Candy Month: Focus on relations between candy and tooth decay with giving positive alternatives.

Make a Difference to Children Month: Donations to the Make a Wish Foundation, a sealant day for underprivileged children, etc

Back to School Month: Place informational tips in the Community Courier and host a Kid’s Day

Sports Safety Month: Focus of the importance of wearing mouth guards

Halloween Candy Buy Back & Breast Cancer Awareness Month: We buy back patient’s candy for $1.00 a pound. Once it is all collected we ship the candy overseas to our troops. For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we donate $50 of our bleaching fee to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
